1. Can they be used for fertilizer or peat bags?
Yes! They are available in a strong, durable design, specifically optimized for such purposes.
2. Is the bag sealable?
Yes, standard bags are suitable for mechanized filling and sealing, allowing for fast packaging.
3. Sheet or film forms are also available?
Yes. We also offer PE solutions in the form of large film rolls or sheets.
4. Why is it worth using PE bags for industrial packaging?
PE (polyethylene) bags are extremely resistant to tearing, moisture and mechanical stress, making them ideal for packaging large or bulk goods such as feed, granules, pellets and food raw materials. They are outstanding in terms of value for money due to their low unit prices and excellent logistical features.
5. What types of PE bags do you offer?
Available in various thicknesses and sizes: – LDPE (low density) bags – more flexible, easy to seal – HDPE (high density) bags – thinner but harder material – Antistatic or UV-stabilized versions – Transparent, white, black or coloured design – On request: perforated, flat film, printed, anti-slip It can also be ordered in custom sizes and functions, and we can provide a sample upon request.
6. Are they suitable for contact with food?
Yes. All of our PE films and bags comply with Hungarian and EU food safety regulations, so they can come into direct contact with fresh, frozen or processed food.
7. Can they withstand freezing or heat treatment?
Standard PE bags can be cooled down to -40 °C and will not crack. We recommend special heat-resistant film for heat treatment (e.g. pasteurization), these can be ordered separately. We always discuss the method of use in advance to ensure that the material meets the technological requirements.
